Ingredients

  • A pack of Saffola Oodles
  • Dry Red Chili-2
  • Chopped Garlic bits-1 Tsp
  • Chopped Curry Leaves- 1/2 Tbsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder- 1/2 Tsp
  • Cumin- 1/2 Tsp, Butter- 1 Tbsp

Recipe Instruction

  • Prepare your Oodles beforehand by cooking them as per pack instructions.
  • Take butter in a heated pan. Add cumin and let it crackle.
  • Add dry red chili, garlic bits, red chili powder, and sauté for a minute. Add curry leaves for flavour, sauté for another 30 seconds and set it aside.
  • Pour the tadka on the Oodles. Your Punjabi-style Tadka Thursday Oodles is now ready.
