- A pack of Saffola Oodles
- Dry Red Chili-2
- Chopped Garlic bits-1 Tsp
- Chopped Curry Leaves- 1/2 Tbsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder- 1/2 Tsp
- Cumin- 1/2 Tsp, Butter- 1 Tbsp
Recipe Instruction
- Prepare your Oodles beforehand by cooking them as per pack instructions.
- Take butter in a heated pan. Add cumin and let it crackle.
- Add dry red chili, garlic bits, red chili powder, and sauté for a minute. Add curry leaves for flavour, sauté for another 30 seconds and set it aside.
- Pour the tadka on the Oodles. Your Punjabi-style Tadka Thursday Oodles is now ready.
