                Ingredients
                
                                        - 1 cup Saffola Soya Chunks, cooked (boiled and squeezed dry)
 
                                        - 2 cups Poha (washed and soaked)
 
                                        - 2 cups Mixed vegetables (carrots, beans chopped)
 
                                        - 1 big Onion, chopped
 
                                        - 1 Green chilli
 
                                        - 1-inch piece Ginger, grated
 
                                        - Few Curry leaves
 
                                        - ½ tsp Mustard seeds
 
                                        - 1 tsp Bengal gram (chana) dal
 
                                        - 1 tsp Split urad dal
 
                                        - 1 tbsp Peanuts
 
                                        - 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 
                                        - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
 
                                        - A pinch of hing
 
                                        - ½ tsp Chilli powder
 
                                        - 2 tbsp Lime juice
 
                                        - Few coriander leaves to garnish
 
                                    
             
            
                Recipe Instruction
                
                                        -  Heat oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds, followed by chana dal, urad dal and peanuts.
 
                                        -  Roast on slow flame till brown, then add the cumin, turmeric, hing, green chilli, ginger and curry leaves.
 
                                        -  Add the onions and saute till it turns brown.
 
                                        -  Now add the vegetables, Saffola Soya Chunks, salt and chilli powder. Mix well.
 
                                        -  Finally add the poha. Mix well and take off from the flame.
 
                                        -  Add the lime juice at the end. Mix well.
 
                                        -  Garnish with coriander leaves.
