Ingredients

  • A pack of Saffola Oodles, Grated Paneer- 1 Cup
  • Oil-1 Tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Onion-1/2
  • Tomatoes Chopped- 1/2
  • Green Chili- 1 Finely Chopped
  • Coriander Finely Chopped-1 Tbsp
  • Turmeric- 1/4 Tsp
  • Salt- to taste

Recipe Instruction

  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chili for a minute.
  • Add tomatoes and cook well till tender. Add grated paneer, turmeric, and salt to taste. Cook well to achieve the desired consistency and set it aside.
  • Cook Oodles following pack instructions and pour the bhurji on top.
  • Your healthy bowl of Paneer Fry-Day Oodles is ready to eat! Garnish with coriander leaves.
