Take curd, malai and besan in a bowl and add gingergarlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, chaat masala powder, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder.
Mix everything well and marinate Saffola Soya Chaaps in this mixture.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over low heat and shallow fry the marinatedchaaps .
After few minutes flip and cook on other side. Flip the chaaps 2-3 times for even cooking.
Soya chaaps are ready. Serve them with sliced onions
