                Ingredients
                
                                        - 1 cup Saffola Soya Chunks (boiled and squeezed dry)
 
                                        - 2 cups Noodles (boiled)
 
                                        - 2 tbsp Oil (for stir frying)
 
                                        - ¼ cup Spring onion whites
 
                                        - ½ tsp medium garlic cloves, finely choppe
 
                                        - ¼ cup French beans, finely chopped
 
                                        - ¼ cup Bell pepper, finely chopped
 
                                        - ¼ cup Carrots, finely chopped
 
                                        - ½ cup Cabbage, finely chopped
 
                                        - 1 cup Button mushrooms, sliced
 
                                        - 1 tbsp or as required Schezwan sauce
 
                                        - ½ tsp Black pepper powder salt as required
 
                                        - 1 tsp White vinegar
 
                                        - 1 - 1½ tbsp Spring onion greens for garnish
 
                                    
             
            
                Recipe Instruction
                
                                        -  Heat oil in pan and lightly fry the Saffola Soya Chunks.Keep aside.
 
                                        -  Heat oil again and add the garlic. Saute.
 
                                        -  Add the finely chopped spring onion whites and stir fry on medium to high heat for 1min.
 
                                        -  Add the french beans. Keep stirring often on medium to high heat for about 3 to 4mins.
 
                                        -  Add the remaining veggies - finely chopped carrots,capsicum, cabbage and mushrooms. Continue to stir fry until the edges begin to brown slightly. Now add the
 
                                        -  lightly fried soya chunks.
 
                                        -  Reduce the flame to medium and add schezwan sauce, salt and black pepper.
 
                                        -  Add the cooked noodles in batches. Toss and mix until the schezwan sauce coats the noodles evenly.
 
                                        -  Add vinegar and mix well. Adjust seasonings,schezwan sauce, black pepper and salt as per taste.
 
                                        -  Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot
